A 表示孩子们已经被告诉好多遍了,而不是正在被告诉
A 表示我们到达的时候 货物正在被卸载 B里面的were和been肯定不能放在一起

2只能选A， B选项意思是正在进行
3这个就选A 和2相反 正在卸货
