Fruit is very important in our daily life. there is a famous proverb,"One apple a day, keeps the doctor away." so we should eat fruit everyday.
however, we cannot have fruit whenever as we like. there are many taboos. it is better to have fruit either 1 hour before meal or 2 hours after meal.
