Nowadays many people don’t care about their health, sitting up every day, which eventually cause an unhealthy body. As is known to us all, poor health will result in a lot of inconvenience. For example, when we want to study, it will prevent us from learning well. Then it will make us feel painful, which as I experienced is very unendurable. Poor health means weaker resistance and a poorer body. With this, one will easily fall ill and will less possible to resist the pressure. Most importantly, you will have to take a lot of medicine to keep your body from getting worse. Sometimes you will lose interest in travelling once your body gets ill and needs a rest. In a word, the poor health will cause us nothing but a lot of trouble.
