1.反身代词前面加不加介词,主要考虑两个方面：
1）代词本身用法.
代词如果直接单独在句中充当方式状语,此时可以不加任何介词.
楼主给的那两个例句中,ourselves = by ourselves,yourself = by yourself,意思是“自己亲自”的意思.
2）句子的其他结构和反身代词的搭配
如果代词还是按常规视为代词sb,类似于名词,此时须看它和句子其他成分的搭配.
如果它做动词的宾语,动词如果是及物动词,则无须加介词.如果动词是不及物动词,则需要补上介词才能连接动词和反身代词.
如：楼主第三个例句中,think做不及物动词,构成固定短语think of,则myself做其宾语时,介词of时不能省略的.不加of则语法不通.
再如：I hate myself.myself类似于sb,直接做及物动词hate的宾语；
Please talk about yourself.talk是不及物动词,不能直接加代词用法的yourself做宾语,必须加上介词about,构成短语talk about...
