i think it is easy to get a promotion.
first,get a promotion lies in the effort .If we study hard,can increase our knowledge; If we work hard,can get the boss appreciated,thus the promotion .
second,progress needs effective methods,if we find the method,then we can more easily progress.
third,each of the things in the world(including ourself) are in development,so,please believe in yourself,we're improving.
Finally,I just wanted to say that it is easy to get a promotion.

As we all known,every thing has a cause -effect relationship.If we spare no effort to deal with the things,it will cause a good effect .In reverse ,it wil be a bad thing .May be sometimes we can get a good result forturnately,but it can't be always!Just the old saying goes :NO pain ,no gain!Therefore we should size very chance to get a promotion,not just waiting the chance or blessing ,or we will get nothing !
