感觉考得好的同学不要得意，荣誉只代表过去，而不是未来。如果成天跟别人炫耀自己现在的成绩，那么最终你将会失败。天才发明家爱迪生就是一个很好的例子：他发明过很多东西，包括我们每一家都用的电灯，也出自爱迪生之手。...

尊敬的老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好！
紧张的月考已经过去了，我们又进入了新一轮的学习，在大家还不知道成绩前，请记住这一句话：“胜不骄，败不馁”。
感觉考得好的同学不要得意，荣誉只代表过去，而不是未来。如果成天跟别人炫耀自己现在的成绩，那么最终你将会失败。天才发明家爱迪生就是一个很好的例子：他发明过很多东西，包括我们每一家都用的电灯，也出自爱迪生之手。晚年的爱迪生却渐渐的骄傲了，他对助手说：“不要向我提什么建议，再高明的建议也超越不了我的思维”。就这样，晚年的爱迪生再也没有发明出什么新的东西。同学们，像爱迪生这样的天才都堕落了，我们还有什么可骄傲的呢？
考得不好的同学也不要伤心，忧郁，要吸取教训，总结经验，找出自己的不足，争取下一次取得好成绩，所以失败对一个意志坚定的人来说是一件好事。失败是成功之母这句话也足以说明这一点。古往今来，哪一个成功的人没有失败过？唐宋八大家之首韩愈考了四次才中进士，他要是因失败而退缩，最后能会成功吗？失败是人生道路上，我们每一个人都必须要上的一堂课，只要克服它，终会到达成功的彼岸。
同学们，请牢记这句话---“胜不骄，败不馁”。他会鼓励着你，让你一直向前。

The first monthly exam has passed.And we are now facing a new round of learning.Before knowing the results of the exam,please keep in mind.”Don’t be proud when you win and don’t give up when you lose.”
If you did well in the exam,don’t be too proud of yourself because the honour belongs to the past,not the future.If you keep on showing what you have achieved now,you will fail in the end.The genius inventor Edison sets a good example.He invented many thingd,including the lamps in every home.However in his late years,he grew proud gradually.He once said to his assistant:”Don’t give me any suggestions.No matter how wise the suggestions are,they won’t over whelm my mind.”Finally,Edison made no inventions in his late years.My fellow mates,a genius like Edison can fail like this.What is it that we can be proud of?
If you didn’t do well this time,don’t be upset or depressed.We should find our shortcomings from the experience so that we can do better next time.So failure id a gift to one who is strong in mind,which can be showm by the saying.”Failure is the mother of success.”Throughout history,there is no one who can ahieve success without experiencing failures.A famous poet in Tang Dynasty who is called Han Yu took the exam four times before he became a social scholar.What if he gave up after he failed?Would he succeed in the end?Failure is a lesson we must learn in our lifetime.We will succeed only when we can overcome it.
My fellow schoolmates,please remember clearly this sentence,”Don’t be proud when you win and don’t give up when you lose.”It will encourage you to keep on moving till success.
