首先把这句子缩了
nobody knows it,do they?/does he?
这样的话可以看到,A,C都对
再来看,加入except me
翻译成中文
除了我之外谁也不知道……
想想看,这里的谁显然是一大群人
而不是通常意义下,nobody knows 这一语境的强烈的“空无一人”的意思
所以用C 好一点
总结：如果去掉except me,A C均可
可以用he，但they更常用，nothing的反义疑问句则更常用it

在反意疑问句里，只有Nobody和Somebody是复数，所以只能用they.

前句其实相当于“everybody except me doesn't know french in my class”，这样一个，后面肯定是用do they了。
